The National Energy Solutions Institute-Smart Energy Source Association (NESI-SES), in conjunction with CoBank and C.H. Guernsey will continue their engineering roundtable webinar series at 10 a.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 7, with a webinar focusing on cyber security.
CoBank and C.H Guernsey are both supporters and members of The National Energy Solutions Institute-Smart Energy Source (NESI-SES) Association. This webinar reflects the dedication members of the NESI-SES Association have to collaborating across sectors to address the nation’s energy challenges.

Timothy Fawcett, Senior Information Security Consultant at Guernsey is the main presenter for the webinar. Timothy will discuss the growing cyber-related risks faced by electric cooperatives, and provide some effective measures that can help mitigate these risks. Guernsey is a consulting, engineering and architecture firm that provides services to more than 250 electric cooperative clients in all regions of the U.S.
Tim has many years of experience managing and performed IT risk assessments and subsequent mitigation plan development. Tim has worked with clients to develop security frameworks for computer systems including SCADA and industrial control systems. He also performed and managed IT risk assessments and consulted to a broad range of clients on information security risk mitigation. Tim has worked in client service for many years including five years as Senior Associate/Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
